Chess Club of Minnesota Scholastic Round Robin Tournament #10 Round Robin Tournament in Plymouth! A fun way for students of all ages to improve their chess skills! Organized and run by the Chess Club of Minnesota. Chess tournaments are not only competitions, but social events as well. Children will meet peers with a similar love for the game. While the kids are playing chess, parents can enjoy Medicine Lake, picnic areas of the French park, or a refreshing hike. When: Saturday, July 25th 2009 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Advanced players could play longer). Where: French Regional Park (Plymouth), Visitor Center, Eastwood room (2nd fl.) 12605 County rd. 9 Plymouth, MN 55441 Who: Grades k-12 Fee: $15 Please bring check made out to the “Chess Club of Minnesota” to pay at the door.
